Rates
Our
regular weekly rates are based on weekly stays, running
Saturday 3:00 PM arrival time through to the following Saturday
10:00 AM departure time. However, we are happy to consider
making exceptions for longer stays and split week bookings
when available outside of the prime seasons. Please give
us a call for more information.

Add $17.50/night to above rates for each additional adult.
$10.00/night for children 5-14 years. Children under five
years, with parents, no additional charge. Vermont room
tax is currently 9% and will be charged upon arrival.
Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Confirmation
of booking is established upon receipt of deposit. Five
business days will be allowed from time of booking call
for receipt of deposit. Balance due upon arrival. Please call with your Visa number or

Deposit Refund Policy:
We do not require a damage deposit but expect guests to pay for any damages they are responsible for. All refunds prior to two-week notice are subject to 25%
cancellation fee. No refund if cancellation notice is received
less than two weeks before reservation date begins.
